Future Leaders Mentorship Program
She Became’s flagship school-based initiative is designed to empower elementary school girls by connecting them with high school mentors to serve as relatable role models. They are introduced to professional women across various industries who share their career journeys, demonstrating what’s possible with hard work & determination through career-centric activities. The program provides services in both English and Spanish across Illinois & Kentucky.
Teen Advisory Board (TAB)
Known as the TAB, the board empowers high school student leaders in the Chicago area with professional development opportunities and meaningful volunteer experiences. TAB members divide their time between hands-on nonprofit work – like event planning, fundraising, and volunteering – and developing their professional skills through leadership training and workshops.
