At She Became, we believe that early exposure, access to resources, and strong mentorship can transform a girl’s trajectory. That’s why we launched Dream Grants in Spring 2025: personalized career starter kits for elementary school girls completing our Future Leaders Mentorship Program.
Each Dream Grant equips a girl with hands-on tools, inspiration, and encouragement to begin exploring her chosen career path. It’s more than a gift: it’s a message that her dream matters.

Arianna, Future Youtuber
Arianna’s Dream Grant included a camera, a book about girls overcoming challenges to follow their dreams, and a notebook to help her plan and sketch out her content. It’s a creative boost to help her build confidence, express herself, and take steps toward her goals.
Career-Specific Gifts
A meaningful item like a science kit, animation tools, or hairstyling supplies—based on each girl's dream.

Rosa, Veterinaria del Futuro
In our Spanish program, Rosa’s Dream Grant came with an animal X-ray set, a veterinarian coloring book, and El Libro de los Animales, a colorful book about animals from around the world. It’s a playful way for her to learn more about animal care and picture herself helping them one day.
Liliana, Future Scientist
Liliana’s Dream Grant included the National Geographic Science Encyclopedia, a Science Magic Kit, and the book She Can STEM. These fun and educational tools help her dive deeper into how the world works and build excitement around science and discovery.
